If I could rate zero stars I would. The parks land floods every time it rains so you have a pool in your yard. When the parks water is shut off its for the entire day and no one in the park will have water. It's claimed to be a safe neighborhood but I've had my trailer broken into on numerous occasions, as well as hearing empty trailers have been broken into. The park itself doesn't do anything for their tenets safety. I world not recommend this park to anyone especially younger adults since they seem to be targeted with harassment by the park managers.

A year in a half a go my family and I wanted to rent a trailer in this community. It looked nice and was right next to the park. I went inside the office to inquire and the lady wouldn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. She finally did say something and I expressed to her my interest in renting for our family of 7. She gave me the application and said I would need a $20 application fee. The next day I brought it back. After two weeks or so I called asking if they had the trailer still available becausr they did cash my check. She said she meant to call me because we have too many in our family to rent to. You think she would have told me this from the beginning but they cashed my check anyway knowing that we already didn't qualify. I voiced my complaint to someone higher and they called me back apologizing for the confusion and he also said that for just wanting to rent they shouldn't have charged me an application fee that was for something else. So he said they would send me a $50 Visa card to replace the check they took and for any trouble. I am still waiting on that and it's been a year in a half. I am so glad we didn't rent here because this alone was too much trouble that I would hate to know what the tenants might have to go through.
Park demands that you do what they say or face penalties/fines, but they refuse to take care of complaints. When complaints are made to corporate office, local office makes excuses as to why they didn't do it, but they still raise rent every year. Park can turn your yard into hideous mess, and that's ok. When you try to display signs of things you take pride in, you have to remove it, but the park is allowed to display signs as they see fit. You're not allowed to do it, but they are. Would look for other alternatives uf possible. I know I'm trying to.
